Deluxe sites are full hookup (50,30,20 Amp electricity, water, sewer) and may have one of the following: fire ring, tree shade, lakeside, concrete patio

• Standard sites are full hookup (50,30,20 Amp electricity, water, sewer) .
• Basic sites include 50,30,20 Amp electricity and water, with no sewer service provided.
• Check-in /out for RV sites is 12 pm sharp!Late check out when available:   ½ site fee until 3 pm    Full day fee after 3 pm.
• The RV site should be left clean. Cleaning fee applicable if left untidy.

• RV site rates include 2 adults/2 children under the age of 18 IN YOUR IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD. All others will be guests and subject to a $6 per person/per day $12 overnight fee for all guests over the age of 4. *** MAXIMUM OF 10 people/site. 

• Pets are welcome, up to four per RV site.   Cottages 4,5 & 6 are pet-friendly(pet charge applies), with a maximum of three pets.

• No discounts on Weekly or Monthly rates.  No discounts available on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s, or Summer Season

Reservations

• DEPOSITS- 1 day for daily rate  $100 for weekly/extended stay/rally

• **Deposit guarantees a site, not the rate or specific site**

• RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

• Cancellation Policy: 48 hours for daily/ 2 weeks for weekly/extended stay-$10 Cancellation Fee on all cancellations.

• Your deposit is forfeited if not canceled within the specified time frame

• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR PRORATED ADJUSTMENTS FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURES

Cottages -Queen bedroom, 2 twins in loft, full size futon in living room, kitchenette, tv, full bath, climate controlled, all linens included

• Check-in 3 pm/Out 11 am

• Cabin rates include 4 persons. All others will be guests and subject to a $12 per person/per night for all guests over the age of 4. Max occupancy is 6.

• An additional $100 cleaning fee for any violations. Damages to property billed at replacement rate.

• *Two night minimum SUMMER Weekend   HOLIDAY WEEKEND 3 night minimum

• *NO SMOKING IN CABINS*

• NO PETS except in Cabins 4 , 5 and 6 with a non-refundable $50 pet fee.
